Major responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in molecular diagnostics/biology and clinical chemistry/immunology, or microbiology; and performing research/scholarly activities. All faculty are expected to be leadership role models and maintain an active involvement in professional organizations. Minimum qualifications include: doctorate in clinical laboratory science or related discipline; credentialed through NCA, ASCP, ABCC or ABMM; and, strong teaching skills. The strong candidate will have a record of research and scholarly productivity with potential for grant procurement.
